A Few Tips to Help You Make the Most of Your Stay:
- The dock is for fishing and relaxing only and is a perfect place to unwind while taking in the waterway views. Because of the high wake zone, boats are not allowed to be tied to the dock, but you're welcome to park your boat in the driveway and easily launch and return it just a few blocks away at Blue Water Point Marina on 57th Place West.
-  For everyone's comfort and safety, outdoor fires not allowed on the property.
-  Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, and the elevator is currently out of service.
