Remember to bring your feast to prepare on the double charcoal grills.   

This home features a hot/cold outdoor shower, as well as a storage room to store all your beach essentials, including toys and chairs.   You will surely notice the tankless water heaters because no one will get a cold shower (unless they want one, of course).   There is double the capacity to do your laundry with two washers and two dryers.   The owners of this home paid particular attention to details with extensive moldings, unique tile work in each bathroom, and beautiful granite throughout the house.
