Welcome to Eden, our stunning, custom-built oceanfront estate, newly opened in 2025. Be one of the first to experience this one-of-a-kind home designed for unparalleled luxury and ultimate relaxation. With breathtaking panoramic ocean views from every floor, Eden is the perfect backdrop for your next family reunion, corporate retreat, or special event.

Your journey begins the moment you step into the private lobby, where a custom mosaic sets the stage for an extraordinary stay. Unwind in one of our 12 unique, beautifully themed bedrooms, each featuring its own private bathroom and plush king-size beds. You'll find a mix of tranquil and lively spaces, from the peaceful Tranquil Tides Room to the colorful Art Deco Shoreline Suite. For the younger crowd, two bunk rooms offer a cozy, fun space with modern full-over-queen beds.

When you're ready for some fun, head to the state-of-the-art game room to challenge your loved ones to a friendly game of ping pong or poker. Or, gather on one of the three spacious living room balconies to soak in the incredible ocean views. The chef's kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with double appliances: two convection ranges, two microwaves, two dishwashers, and two full-size refrigerators, making meal prep for large groups a breeze. You'll also find plenty of space at the large breakfast bar and the adjacent banquet dining table to share meals and make lasting memories.

Step outside onto the elevated, in-deck pool for a refreshing dip or simply lounge on the sundeck and let the ocean sounds wash over you. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and foot wash station keep the sand at bay, while the electric car charging station and private parking for 12 vehicles add to the ease of your stay.

Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the custom moldings and beautiful granite countertops to the high-capacity tankless water heaters, ensuring everyone can enjoy a hot shower after a day on the beach. Eden isn't just a rental; it's an experience. We can't wait to welcome you to this luxurious escape.

2 Bunk Rooms: 1 Bunk Full over Queen in each, each with a private bath

Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa

Gourmet Kitchen: The oversized chef's kitchen features double appliances and a separate kitchenette in the second family room.
