The unique design of this pool and extended deck allows you to feel like you are part of the beach while taking a relaxing dip in your private pool and enjoying expansive ocean views! The open-concept dining, kitchen, and great room overlook the ocean, decks, and elevated pool. The large oceanfront decks ultimately expand your living space so everyone can spread out and enjoy the scenic views down Oak Island.
The kitchen is a culinary artist's dream and has everything you need to feed a large group, including a Ninja crockpot/Instapot, a giant lobster pot, 3 ovens, two outdoor grills, and an oversized blender to make any frozen drink you can think of. With two refrigerators in the kitchen and a large refrigerator on the deck level, you can be sure everyone will have easy access to food, ice, and cold drinks! Just steps away from the kitchen is an oversized sectional and chairs that will seat all your guests comfortably while enjoying 360-degree ocean views and the Intracoastal Waterway.
