The living room overlooks the ocean and has plenty of books and games for the whole family to enjoy. There's an elevator to access all floors, an outside storage for beach accessories, along with an outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking underneath, along with a park-style (charcoal) grill for outdoor grilling if you desire. There is also enough parking for a boat underneath the house.

The backyard features a saltwater pool with plenty of seating for your family and friends and a large fenced in yard for your pets. The pool deck is covered with Kool Deck, which is a heat reducing surface product, keeping it cool even during the hot summer months - so it's safe for bare feet.
