This home is truly one-of-a-kind, offering panoramic views from the Atlantic to the sound. With a massive rooftop deck, an elevated pool, and an elevator, you'll find pure relaxation and convenience at every turn.

Step inside and discover an expansive haven where every guest has a space to unwind. The home's  12 beautifully appointed bedrooms  and  10 full baths  provide spacious comfort, while multiple living areas ensure everyone can find a quiet corner or gather together with ease. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring double appliances to make preparing meals for a large group effortless.

Land's End is all about the views. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the unobstructed vistas of the ocean and the sound. The  elevated in-deck pool  offers a refreshing retreat with a stunning ocean backdrop. For a truly unforgettable experience, head up to the  rooftop deck, perfect for entertaining and taking in a spectacular sunset. After a day of sun and sand, there's nothing better than unwinding in the  rooftop hot tub  under a blanket of stars.

This home, newly constructed in December 2021, features high-end finishes throughout, including granite countertops, custom tile work, and elegant vinyl plank flooring. Whether you're relaxing on a private balcony with a cup of coffee or gathering in the main great room for a movie night on the queen sleeper sofas, you'll feel right at home.

Land's End is the perfect setting for a family beach vacation, a reunion, or your special event. Its prime location in the desirable King's Lynn area makes it convenient to Bluewater Point Marina, the Oak Island Golf Course, and charming local shops.
