The kids are not forgotten; the bunk rooms are super fun, with multiple beds in both rooms. There is even a unique family suite with a twin loft bed over a king. This home has an oversized chef's kitchen with double everything - double convection ranges, double convection microwaves, double dishwashers, and double refrigerators with ice makers.

For those who want to be able to separate while you are still together, there is another family gathering room just off the pool deck on the first level equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. It's a great place to get away and entertain by the pool. Out on the pool deck, you can enjoy the large covered area and a large sundeck, all elevated to take in the ocean views. Don't forget to bring your feast to prepare on the double charcoal grills. This home has an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a foot wash station so you can leave the sand outside and a storage room underneath to leave all of your beach toys and chairs. You will surely notice the double tankless water heaters because no one will get a cold shower (unless they want one, of course). There is double the capacity to do your laundry with two washers and two dryers.
