DESCRIPTION

Lily Pad is as adorable as its name. With four bedrooms- two baths, ocean and marsh views, an outside shower, an incredible backyard, a grill for all the family cookouts at the beach, and a covered balcony with ample furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets at Oak Island, enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner with your personal view. Plenty of parking for your family and the boat. You don't need to worry. Lily Pad sits on the corner lot with direct beach access across the street. The location is just as quiet as the name implies, but close enough to hear the birds on the marsh and ocean views. We know Lily Pad will leave you and your family lasting memories for years.
