This two-bedroom beach cottage with comfy furnishings has a spacious living area, a quaint little kitchen only lacking a dishwasher with a dining area at the kitchen bar and a small table and chairs in the living area perfect for dining or playing games. The bedrooms are located on the same level as the living area. One bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. A full bath with tub/shower is located nearby. The other bedroom has a double bed with a twin bed and a half bath. Plus, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water is located on the ground level. The washer and dryer are located in the ground level storage/garage area and is accessible by a side door, a great place to also store beach equipment. (front doors are not operable) 2 BR, 1.5 Bath + Enclosed Outdoor Shower / Occupancy Limit: 4 - Q + T, D + T - LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. *Keyless Entry.
