The first floor has a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (double and twin beds), a bedroom with a queen bed and a master suite with a king bed and private shower bath. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, two open sundecks with deck furniture including table and chairs with lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun. There are covered decks on the first floor to enjoy ocean breezes out of the sun.
