The heart of this residence resides on the top floor, showcasing a sunlit open floor plan harmonizing the kitchen and living/dining areas. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and a central island, while the adjacent dining area provides an ideal setting for family meals. There are also 2 picnic tables, on the top floor - one on the front covered porch and another on the sun deck.   Both are great spots for dining al fresco!

Bella Villa has all the amenities you need including an elevator, DVD players, and a gaming system. You can take a break from the sun and enjoy the ground floor game room that includes a ping pong table, and cornhole boards. A gas grill is also available for you to enjoy (please note: guests are responsible for filling propane should it run out during your stay). This home is in the Villas By The Sea neighborhood, 1.7 miles north of the North Topsail Beach bridge and it is located approximately 10.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You're just minutes away from a Golf Digest four-star championship course, North Shore Country Club, fresh seafood markets, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops and more in Sneads Ferry! Drive to nearby Surf City to visit additional restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past

• The shared community pool is typically open from approximately April through October and is subject to HOA rules.
• Villas by the Sea HOA will only allow a maximum of 4 vehicles per unit. Towing is enforced by the HOA.   No boats, campers, RVs, trailers, motorhomes, or portable storage units are allowed on the premises.
• The community beach access is located right at the end of the driveway
