This home is in the Cape Island neighborhood, and it is located approximately 10.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge and 1.7 miles north of the North Topsail Beach bridge. You're just minutes away from a Golf Digest four-star championship course, North Shore Country Club, fresh seafood markets, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops and more in Sneads Ferry! Drive to nearby Surf City to visit additional restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past
