This home features the popular reverse floor plan to showcase the best views of the ocean and the sound from the common living areas of the home. NEW granite counter tops for 2023!!!! The top floor is very open for you to enjoy ocean views from many different places! Another great feature of the top floor is the wide sun deck with tall deck chairs and other outdoor furniture. Your family will love gazing over the Atlantic Ocean and feeling the refreshing ocean breezes any time day or night. The views are amazing and the experience will be memorable! And last but not least, there's even an electric tankless water heater, which means you won't be left with a cold shower after others have taken theirs. Your beach rental is located approximately 4.9 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. You'll love the peace and quiet here. Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops, and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
