With room to comfortably sleep up to sixteen guests, it's the perfect setup for large families or groups who want plenty of space without sacrificing comfort.

Set along the calm waters of the sound, this home delivers the best of both worlds. Step out back to your private dock where mornings can start with a quiet paddle or a line in the water, and evenings end with front-row sunset views that never get old. Just across the street, deeded beach access makes it easy to trade those peaceful soundside vibes for salty ocean breezes and long days on the sand.

Inside, the home is built for easy coastal living, with an open layout that keeps everyone connected, whether you're cooking in the updated kitchen with granite countertops or relaxing after a full day in the sun. A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
