Fresh to the rental market for 2022 this spacious condo is ready to welcome families to enjoy some fun in the sun.   Positioned oceanfront on the 1st floor of the Villa Capriani complex this condo offers all the conveniences of home along with stunning views and complex amenities.  

When you first arrive you are greeted by an entry area where you can kick off your shoes and get your vacation started. To your left, you will find the first of two master bedroom suites. This spacious bedroom offers a King size bed and a workstation for those who need to work remotely. This room also offers a private full bath with Shower Tub Combo, and is home to the closet where the washer and dryer are located.  

To the right of the entry, you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with all of your general cooking needs. Stock the fridge when you first arrive and you can prepare all of your meals without ever leaving the condo. The dining room table offers seating for 6, and there are additional stools at the kitchen bar. The living room area provides comfortable couches where you can sit back and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Large Flat-Screen TV after a long day on the beach. The private balcony offers a front-row seat to the best view in town! Sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while overlooking the stunning Atlantic Ocean. Guests of this condo can enjoy Cable TV and High-Speed wireless internet access during their stay.  

As you come down the hall, off the living room, you will find a full shared bathroom that offers a shower and vanity sink. Directly across from the hall from this bathroom is the middle bedroom that offers 2 twin beds and access to the oceanfront deck. At the end of the hall, you will find the second Master bedroom. This suite offers a Queen size bed, a Twin Sleeper Sofa, a private full bath with shower tub combo, and access to the oceanfront deck.  

The Villa Capriani Resort offers true Topsail Island luxury. With many onsite amenities and private guest accommodations, this resort is for vacationers who really want to relax and enjoy their time on the beach. A tennis court is available for resident & guest recreation across the street from the complex. An onsite restaurant is also available to treat yourself to a special dinner. Three swimming pools and three hot tubs are available to guests in the central courtyard of the complex. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits will be issued upon checking in. Parking around the complex is limited, but additional parking is across the street by the tennis court.

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $201+ tax.  
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)
