Positioned on the 1st floor of the Villa Capriani complex this condo offers all the conveniences of home along with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, pools, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

When you first arrive you are greeted by a foyer area where you can kick off your shoes and get your vacation started. To your left, you will find the Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer and the Master Bedroom with a private bath. This spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed and a cozy sitting area where you can enjoy the large Flat-Screen TV or courtyard views of the pool. Back down the hall, to the right of the entry, you will find the second bedroom, a full bath, the Living Room, and a Full Kitchen. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and access to the shared full bath. The full bath includes a shower tub combo and vanity sink.

As you enter the open living area the kitchen is immediately to your right and is fully equipped with all of your general cooking needs. Stock the fridge when you first arrive and you can prepare all of your meals without ever leaving the condo. The dining room table offers seating for 6, and there are 2 additional stools at the kitchen bar. The living room area provides comfortable couches, which both convert to Full Size Sleeper Futons, where you can sit back and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Large Flat-screen TV after a long day on the beach. The private balcony offers a front-row seat to the best view in town! Sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while overlooking the pool and the stunning ocean. Guests of this condo can enjoy Cable TV and High-Speed wireless internet access during their stay.

The Villa Capriani Resort offers true Topsail Island luxury. With many onsite amenities and private guest accommodations, this resort is for vacationers who really want to relax and enjoy their time on the beach. A tennis court is available for resident & guest recreation across the street from the complex. An onsite restaurant is also available to treat yourself to a special dinner. Three swimming pools and three hot tubs are available to guests in the central courtyard of the complex. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits will be issued upon checking in. Parking around the complex is limited, but additional parking is across the street by the tennis court.

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday-stay will be required year-round.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
