"Hoot" is perfect for pet-friendly families who love to enjoy what Topsail Beach has to offer without breaking the bank! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upper level of the duplex called "Hoot and Holler" is conveniently located within walking distance of beach access on both the ocean and sound side of the Island! The sound side access is only steps away from the house making it super easy for Kayak lovers to get to the water and glide away!

When you first arrive you will find parking for 2 cars with spaces available in the gravel driveway on Scott Ave. Please keep in mind that this driveway is shared with the lower-level unit," Holler". Guests can enjoy the yard areas on both sides of the property, but please do not park on the grass in order to prevent damage to the septic field. The home sits on a corner lot which allows guests to enjoy views of our lovely Island from multiple directions! The best view of all is of the stunning Intracoastal Waterway and the breathtaking sunsets that we experience here on Topsail.

"Hoot" offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. You enter this floor through the top deck porch door using your Keyless Access code that will be provided before check-in. You are greeted by the large Kitchen that offers all major appliances and the basics for all of your cooking needs! The full-size stacked washer and dryer are located in the Kitchen for easy guest access. The dining area offers a large table where the whole gang can gather for family meals or epic game nights. The open living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa and a Large Flat Screen SmartTV. Connect to your favorite streaming apps or enjoy 50+ channels using the over-the-air antenna connected to this TV.

Just off the living room, you will find a bedroom on either side of the hall. The first bedroom offers a Twin Bunk Bed set and a King Bed. This bedroom has access to the full shared bath that is centrally located in the hall. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private full bath.

With all of the great amenities that this property has to offer, your whole family will have to be ready to Hoot and Holler about their Topsail vacation this year! Book now before the summer weeks are all filled!

This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limi)

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
