Pull into the driveway where you will find ample parking for up to 6 cars. The carport area provides a wet weather entry to the home as well as access to an enclosed hot and cold shower. Use the keyless access pad on the front door to enter your dream vacation!

Head up to the 2nd level of this reverse floor plan home to find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. First, to the right at the end of the hall, is the First Bedroom, complete with two bunk bed sets and access to the covered deck. The next bedroom, in the center of the hall, offers a Queen Bed, Flatscreen SmartTV, and also has access to the covered deck. The final bedroom can be found at the end of the hall to the left and also offers a Queen bed, Flatscreen SmartTV, and Access to the covered deck. At either end of the hall, you will find a full bathroom. The bathroom near the Bunk Bed Room offers a large vanity and Show/Tub combo. The bathroom near the Queen Bedroom Offers a large vanity and Shower Stall.

Head upstairs to the living room level where you are greeted by a stunning ocean view through the sliding glass doors in the living room. The large living room offers a comfortable space for the whole family to gather and relax after a long day soaking in all that Topsail has to offer. Enjoy breathtaking views from the large pane windows throughout the room. The large, partially covered deck offers a spacious outdoor area where guests can relax after a long hot day on the beach. Watch as pods of dolphins swim by, or keep an eye on the kids as they play on the beach all from the comfort of the spacious deck. The Living room TV is equipped with streaming apps through the large SmartTV so that you can log in and keep up with your favorite shows while you are on vacation. The dining area sits to the right of the living room and offers seating for 6 at the table as well as an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. The modern kitchen offers all of your basic cooking needs as well as brand-new stainless steel appliances. Whip up an afternoon snack or a local seafood feast while still enjoying some stunning Island views from the living room windows. The half bath is located just off the living room at the top of the stairs. The Master Suite bedroom finishes off this floor and is located just off the living room area. This spacious room offers a King bed, access to the top floor deck, and a private full bath with a stunning tile shower.

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.


No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
