The open main level features a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating, a dedicated dining area, and a comfortable living space where everyone can gather after a day in the sun. Large windows frame peaceful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and surrounding marsh, creating a relaxed backdrop throughout the home.

Also on the first floor, you'll find a versatile bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle that can be converted to accommodate different sleeping arrangements.

Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to additional sleeping spaces, including a spacious primary bedroom and a third bedroom. This level offers a quiet, tucked-away retreat from the main living areaperfect for unwinding after a day at the beach and enjoying a little extra privacy for your group.

Outside is where this home really shines. Take in the coastal breeze from the deck overlooking the waterway, or enjoy access to the shared dockideal for launching kayaks, paddleboards, or simply soaking in the view.
