Just steps across the street from public beach access and sitting along the soundside shoreline, this is the perfect spot to soak up sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the waterway. Got a jet ski or small boat? Bring it along and tie it up at your own private dockwater play is just a few feet away!

Inside, the home is full of bright beachy touches, with tile flooring, colorful decor, and views in every direction. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers bar seating for quick bites and a separate dining area for family meals with a view. The cozy living room has plenty of seating and a mounted TV for movie nights or morning weather checks before heading out for beach adventures. Open the back door and step out onto the deck for peaceful marsh views and salty breezesperfect for sipping coffee or watching boats cruise by.

The first floor features two of the three bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a flexible bedroom setup with a twin bed and pop-up trundle that converts into a kinggreat for kids or couples. The second bedroom features a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

From the second floor, head up the spiral staircase to find an office nook (ideal for a quick work check-in or online class), as well as the master bedroom with a private bathroom, featuring a queen bed and peaceful ambiance, ready for rest after a day in the sun.

Whether you're boating, beachcombing, or simply kicking back with your toes in the sand and a drink in hand, Sounds Like Fun is a laid-back escape that brings all the best parts of Topsail right to your doorstep.
