"Paradiso a Mare" is Italian for Paradise at Sea, this home is certainly that and so much more. You and your crew will truly enjoy all that this 6-bedroom, 5-bath home has to offer. The 2 large Ocean Front decks, one covered and one open are the perfect places to catch up with your family while catching some rays. You'll love lying on one of the lounge chairs, sipping an iced tea, and watching the ever-changing ocean. By the end of your week, you will have gotten used to the quiet hum of the waves rolling in, the caw of the circling seagulls, and the cries of children trying to catch a ghost crab. What a peaceful place!
One of the two oceanfront master suites is on the first floor and features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and a chaise lounge that will beckon for you to curl up with a good book take a nap or just think about how lucky you are to be on beautiful Topsail Island. Through this bedroom, you have access to the covered deck with comfortable rocking chairs (perfect for a power nap). On this floor, there is also a full bathroom in the hall to be shared by the 2 side by side bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twins.
The second floor welcomes you with a large open floor plan and amazing ocean views. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you would need for a casual dinner or a formal oceanfront meal. The dining room table seats 8 with 3 additional, comfy stools at the kitchen island. There is a bar height table for 4 which offers amazing sunrise views without losing privacy. Add a couch, plush chair, and coffee table and everyone can find a seat to hang out, catch up, play a game, or just sip a cold drink. The gorgeous decks allow you easy access to all the fun the beach has to offer. Also, on this level, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a washer/ dryer for everyone's convenience. On the opposite side, the bonus room offers a large smart TV with streaming services, 2 couches, a love seat, a small table with 2 chairs (perfect for working on a puzzle), and a storage ottoman. There is even an electric fireplace to set the mood!
The third-floor master bedroom has truly spectacular views of the beach and ocean. This room is spacious and comfortable with a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with both a large jetted bathtub and a separate shower. There is a full bathroom in the hall to be used by the other two bedrooms on this floor, one having a queen-sized bed and the other with two twins. All together this home sleeps 12.
An elevator has been added to Paradiso a Mare for the 2024 rental season! Having access to an elevator will make life at the beach so easy! Whether it's bringing luggage or groceries upstairs or helping someone with mobility issues you'll be thankful for this great addition to an already well-thought-out home. The elevator starts on Level 1: the ground floor/ garage, skips Level 2: (where 3 bedrooms are, accessible by stairs only), stops on Level 3: Kitchen, Dining Room & Living Room, and, stops on Level 4: where 3 bedrooms are located. There is a $2500.00 fully refundable Security Deposit if you would like to use the elevator. The $2500.00 fully refundable security deposit will be returned to you 30 to 45 days from your departure date, it is instead of the $175.00 non-refundable Property Protection Plan. Please call our office to add Elevator access to your reservation.
You will get plenty of exercise taking long walks on the beach gathering shark teeth, shells, and maybe if you are lucky a smooth, frosted piece of sea glass. Allow all that Topsail has to offer unfold as you make priceless, sundrenched memories at "Paradiso a Mare".

Check-Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
Rates Include Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. No Smoking. No pets allowed.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high-touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Off-Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM
Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
The Area: Topsail is a 28-mile-long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and the beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA - now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, and order from the restaurant.
