Located on an unspoiled stretch of sandy beach on Topsail Island The Kraken will welcome you with open arms (or tentacles).
Newly added in the rear of the carport is the Tiki Bar & game area. Just the right place to relax and unwind with your group. Allow yourself to indulge in a Pirate or Sea Monster themed drink at the bar, play some corn hole and check your dexterity with the hook and ring toss. What a great place to catch up and hang out.

The Area: Topsail is a 26 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes and beach. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.
Other Things to Note:
Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM
Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
