New to our program,this beautiful pet-friendly 4 bed, 3.5 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 11.
Take the elevator to the first floor where you enter a relaxing foyer area with a queen bedroom and private full-size bathroom. Also on the first floor is the living room with a half bath, kitchen, and dining area along with a gorgeous deck and amazing ocean and sound views. Comfy seating provided on the deck allows for the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite drink while gazing at the breathtaking views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials, including a toaster, Keurig, blender,crock pot, etc. The dining area seats a total of 11, with 8 dining table seats and 3 counter/bar seats.
The second floor leads to a cheery kid-friendly twin over futon bunk bedroom with a small sleeper sofa, and a bright queen bedroom with a private full bathroom. To the right ofthe stairs you will enter a King Master suite with a large walk-in closet and deck access. Head to the deck with your favorite beverage and watch or listen to the waves - relax, you're on island time! The Master bath offers a garden tub as well as a beautiful glass walk-in shower with an extra door allowing access from the kids bedroom. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with a Smart or Roku TV.
This property offers an outdoor shower, 5 beach chairs, 4 boogies boards, buckets for beach play with the kids, 2 parking spots for covered parking as well as 2 additional parking spots in the driveway.
Shore Beats Work is the perfect place for family and friends to spread out and soak up life at the beach, only 300 ft away!
Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee and Booking Fee.. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.
This home is Pet Friendly. One Pet Fee of $300.00 per pet is non-refundable and is NOT automatically included in the rental rates. If you are bringing a Pet please call our office to have this fee added.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
Arrival and Departure:
Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM
Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
