Unique 4 Bedroom Condo at Villa Capriana
Located in North Topsail Beach, NC, The Villa Capriani Resort brings extravagance to Topsail Island. Villa Capriani is a condominium complex located oceanfront with a scenic multi-level courtyard with palm trees, large sun decks, three swimming pools, a waterfall, two hot tubs, and even a wading pool for the little ones! Villa Capriani is known to have the largest swimming pool on the Coast of North Carolina.
The restaurant, Splash by the Sea is located on site and always receives rave reviews. The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant.
Enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean from this uniquely designed 1,500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at Villa Capriani! This unit has gorgeous ocean views from the covered balcony, even with the pier in sight. Included is a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The living room is spacious and leads into the bright, airy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is a king bedroom and a full bathroom down the hall. There are also 2 bunkbeds in the kids room,with a double twin bunkbed and a twin/full bunkbed and a second full bathroom close by. Another queen bedroom contains a private full bathroom. 2 of the 3 bathrooms have step in showers, the other bathroom has a bathtub/ shower. This condo delivers enough sleeping space for all and plenty of room to enjoy quiet time after a busy beach day.
North Topsail Beach is a family-oriented beach where non-stop fun and relaxation are both welcome. The beaches offer a sense of seclusion as crowds are rare and traffic is never heavy. Come explore what Topsail has to offer!
Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Topsail Island Missles & More Museum: Topsail Island is home to Topsail Island Missiles and More Museum located in Topsail Beach. This museum, open on select days from April through mid-October and at other times by appointment, details Topsail Islands' interesting history from the age of piracy to its Native American history, and the island's fascinating World War lI military history which makes Topsail Island unique. In the 1940s, Topsail Island was chosen as the site for a secret guided missile program to test the success of the ramjet engine which can push an aircraft past the speed of sound. Because of the important developments that occured here, Topsail Island became to jet flight development what Kitty Hawk, North Carolina is to propeller flight. Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue: Another unique island attraction is the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center,also located in Topsail Beach. This facility is the first of its kind in North Carolina, caring for sick and injured sea turtles until they can be returned to their ocean home. The facility's founder has been named an Animal Planet Hero of the Year. Public visits are encouraged during the summer. Hours vary.
Nature on the Island : Natural attractions are abundanton and around North Carolina's Topsail Island. Visitors enjoy kayaking (rent a kayak or bring your own) and guided boat tours on the calm protected waters of Topsail Sound. Many visitors enjoy kayaking to the Permuda Island North Carolina Coastal Reserve, a 50-acre island show casing Topsails' natural beauty from native plants to coastal wildlife. Topsail Island is also a stop on the North Carolina Coastal Birding Trail so visitors should bring their binoculars to spot natural attractions in flight. Topsail Island's beaches are also a well-known shelling location and a unique hotspot for finding fossilized sharks' teeth. Surfing, pier and surf fishing, and kiteboarding are also popular on-the-water attractions.
