Bring the whole crew and make yourself at home at Moondance. With room for up to 20 guests, this spacious coastal home is made for family vacations, trips with friends, and those beach weeks when everyone wants to stay under one roof.
Between the private pool, hot tub, game room, putting green, ocean front access, and plenty of room to gather, there's just as much to enjoy at the house as there is at the beach.
Ground Floor | Pool, Games & Outdoor Fun
The ground floor is where the fun starts.
The game room has a pool table, Ping-Pong, and Foosball, making it an easy hangout for kids and adults. Its location near the pool means everyone can come and go between games and time outside.
The private, fully fenced pool area has plenty of space to lounge in the sun, while the putting green adds another way to keep the group entertained. There's also an outdoor grill for easy meals and an enclosed outdoor shower that comes in handy after sandy days at the beach.
Pool heating is installed and available for $300 per reservation. Please request it ideally at least 72 hours before arrival so it can be ready for your stay.

Main Living Floor | The Heart of the House
This is where everyone can come together.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to handle everything from morning coffee and quick breakfasts to big family dinners. Between the dining table and breakfast bar, there's seating for the whole group.
Just outside, the deck offers another comfortable place to spend time together and enjoy the coastal air. The private hot tub is especially inviting after a long beach day.
This level also has two bedrooms:
1 Queen bedroom with private ensuite bathroom
1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds
Additional half bathroom
Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
Second Floor | Plenty of Room to Spread Out
The second floor has four more bedrooms, including two oceanfront King suites with beautiful water views.
On the streetside:
1 bedroom with 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed, plus an ensuite bathroom
1 bedroom with 1 Twin bunk and 1 Pyramid bunk (Twin over Full), plus an ensuite bathroom
On the oceanfront:
2 King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and beautiful beach views
A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway on this floor.
Top Floor | Your Own Oceanfront Retreat
The top floor is home to the spacious primary suite, a quieter retreat with some of the best views in the house.
The suite includes a King bed, private ensuite bathroom, sitting room, and private oceanfront deck. There's also a dedicated office area for anyone who needs to check in with work or school during the stay.
The ensuite bathroom features a jetted tub and walk-in shower, giving you a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.
Private Elevator | Easy Access Between Floors
Moondance also has a private residential elevator with access to each level of the home. It's especially convenient when arriving with luggage and groceries or heading upstairs with beach gear, and it can make the home easier to navigate for guests who prefer to limit stairs.
