Welcome to The Sound Choice, a five-bedroom soundfront home in North Topsail Beach with room for up to 13 guests and public beach access directly across the street.

This two-story home sits on navigable sound water with a private dock and wide views of the sound, Intracoastal Waterway, ocean, sunrise, and sunset. Guests can walk across Island Drive to the beach, launch a kayak or paddleboard from the dock, relax in the private hot tub, or gather on the covered wraparound decks and porches.

Inside, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for families and groups. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, coffee equipment, an air fryer, griddle, waffle maker, crock pot, Instant Pot, blender, food processor, and other small appliances. TVs are provided in every bedroom and in the living room. A washer and dryer are also available.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: one king bed
- Bedroom 2: one queen bed
- Bedroom 3: one queen bed
- Bedroom 4: one twin over twin, one twin over full
- Bedroom 5: one king bed


The home has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Parking is available under the home, on the parking pad, and in the driveway.
