Azurelair is the big blue oceanfront home at 112 Scotch Bonnet Drive, set just north of the Surf City high-rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. With 12 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and room for up to 30 guests, this home is built for large family and multi-family stays where the group can stay connected without giving up privacy. That balance is one of the house's real strengths: every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the home offers both generous gathering spaces and quieter spots to step away.
Days here can move easily from the beach to the pool to the rooftop hot tub. The home has direct beach access, multiple oceanfront decks and covered porches, a private pool, and a rooftop sun deck where the Atlantic stays in view.
