This unique beach cottage has a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area located on one level with three bedrooms. There is a queen primary bedroom with a private half bath and door to the shower area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a queen and twin bed. In the hallway, there is half bath with a door to the shower area. Pyrates Cove, a separate living area on the ground level has a living room with a pullout sofa and large futon for additional sleeping. There is a kitchenette, dining area and shower bath. Also on the ground level, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Easy beach access is located directly across the street. *Hot Tub Rules and Waiver Form is required.*Sleeps 10: 4 Queen, 1 Futon, 1 Twin, LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED; PETS ALLOWED w/ $500 fee for up to 2 dogs
