Welcome to At last formally known as Sea La Vie II, where you're guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean on the large balcony! This balcony is right off the living area and includes outdoor dining. Includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 occupants. You will find large and comfortable king beds in the master and second bedroom, plus two tasteful twin over double bunk beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and plenty of room for everyone to unwind from their day in the sun. Large selection of books, DVDS and games are provided for indoor fun. Full size washer dryer set and a Linen and Towel package is included. All properties come with central air, a washer, and a dryer. We also provide linens and bath towels to suit the number of guests per property. This condominium has 3 Outdoor swimming pools (Open Memorial Day to mid-September), 2 Libraries, and 2 Fitness Centers. There are grills located by the pools for the perfect family cookout experience! Limit 2 parking passes per unit. No smoking (only in designated garage areas) and no pets allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (5/27/2023) THROUGH OCTOBER 1, 2023. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.
