Head to the backyard and splash around in the beautiful in-ground pool (Open based on weather May-September). Outdoor shower for washing off after a long day at the beach. Cook up a delicious meal using the outside grill! 1st story: 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, one of two living areas with bar and futon, and an entry way to the backyard and pool. 2nd story: Stunning kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances and beautiful hardwood floors, a sunroom which has a TV and separate door to the deck with access to the fully fenced in yard and a dog door! 3 more bedrooms are located on this second story as well as the main living area. Just a 2-minute walk down the beach path to Sandbridge beach, offering beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Easy access to a fun day in the sun! Beds Upstairs: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin bunk bed Downstairs: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds, 1 Twin bunk set with 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Full size Futon This home is dog friendly. $200 non-refundable pet deposit for 1 dog, $300 for 2 dogs, with a two-dog maximum. Adult house-trained dogs only. All properties come with central air, a washer, and a dryer. We also provide linens and bath towels to suit the number of guests per property.
