Comfortable furnishings allow you the comfort of home while relaxing in style after a day at the beach! Just a quick elevator ride down and you will have your toes in the sunny & private Sandbridge beach or you can walk across the street and enjoy amazing views of the Back Bay and enjoy all its pristine wild beauty.
*Fryedays & Martinis* overlooks just one of the three large pools, from its extra wide balcony, which is great for families with children to enjoy the beautiful sea breezes or evening sunset dinners.

The pool table, just off the living room provides some extra indoor entertainment for all. Condo offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with everything you will need to prepare meals for your family and friends or you can grill up your daily catch from the surf on one of the Viking courtyard grills!
This spacious master bedroom offers a plush king bed and private master bath, large HDTV and is perfect after a relaxing day at the beach, pools or bay. Master also includes a couch for relaxation or additional sleeping and large spacious master closet with full sized dresser for your personal belongings during your stay!
The spacious Second bedroom is the dedicated "kids room" with twin over queen bunk bed with a TV, gaming system and game selection for kids entertainment.
There's more than enough to keep everyone happy at FRYEDAYS & MARTINIS. Huge "Roku" HDTV in Family room. Wireless streaming TV with You Tube tv access and sports package, NETFLIX & private pool table.
Kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee cups, glasses, utensils, small appliances including standard coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, and blender. Condo includes both a Mr.Coffee pot and a Keurig.
Condo complex amenities include: Two assigned parking spaces in the parking garage. Additional off street parking available but is not guaranteed. THREE swimming pools open Memorial Day through September (dates vary depending upon weather), one pool has an oceanfront swim up Bar! A very large hot tub available in the off season. Condominium pools are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association and is not the responsibility of the owner. There are top-of-the-line Viking gas grills (in courtyard area). Comfy quiet library with plush chairs and a great book selection, state of the art exercise room with treadmills, plasma TV`s and weights, and of course let's not forget the big stretch of Atlantic!

Bath set includes, 1 large body towel, 1 face/ hand towel, and 1 washcloth. If you need extra blankets, pillows, or kitchen towels, please bring them with you. A full size washer/ dryer is located inside this condo to use as needed. Condominiums are privately owned, furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste.
