I Scream Beach is a family-friendly home that is what simple beach vacations are all about. Easy beach access just one house south means you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time. Spend your days surfing the waves, soaking up some sun and building sand castles with the kids. Then it’s back to the house for a quick lunch and you can spend your afternoon splashing and playing in your own private pool! Cook your family dinner on the gas grill provided and then enjoy the covered outdoor game area complete with pool table, foosball table and corn hole game. After the heat of the day, there’s nothing like an evening swim under the stars to cool you off and relax you.
Retire for the evening in one of the seven bedrooms – they’re perfectly suited for multiple families with couples and kids. The recently remodeled kitchen offers all the modern conveniences and the two dining tables offer space for everyone to share a meal together. The living space has plenty of seating for the family to share a movie or bring a family game for everyone to play. Sliding doors in the living room lead to the deck so that you can easily take in the views. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise – you may even get to see the dolphins play.

In 2017: The new owners of this property made many improvements including an updated kitchen with new countertops, cabinets and appliances, all new living room furniture, new bedding, some new flooring, some fresh paint, some new deck and pool furniture and new decks.
In 2018: The first floor has been renovated with fresh paint, furniture, beds, etc.
