Ocean views from the top deck offer sea breezes and beautiful sunrises. It is also a great destination for families with children…the beach access is just across the street! Not your typical "reverse floor plan” beach house, "Serendipity” has the main living are on the ground level and bedrooms on top. Ample space plus a reading nook give you room to spread out. One queen bedroom on the ground level is convenient for anyone that does not relish climbing the steps all the time for meals and gathering with the family in the great room. This queen bedroom has semi-private access to the full hall bathroom!
Backyard has been neatly landscaped desert style with river rock bed across the whole yard to help prevent those nasty sandspurs. Rear patio is a great place to dine "al fresco” or just to relax while the kids play.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
