Pier Haven has two levels, each including three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each level has recently been remodeled with a clean, modern design and has its own private entrance, kitchen, living space, and covered decks with incredible ocean views, offering plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy all the comforts of home.
The lower level welcomes you with an open floorplan including the living area with ocean views, large smart TV, new couch, and an electric color-changing fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen offers a large island with seating for six, all new appliances, and makes a great spot to gather while preparing meals after a fun filled day at the beach. Outside on the large, covered deck you can shoot the ocean breeze and enjoy meals together al fresco at the large outdoor dining table. The two Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom off the hallway and include all new furnishings and mattresses, one of the Queen bedrooms also offers a cool portable workspace for those working remotely. The spacious master suite offers a King bed, private full bathroom, peak views of the ocean.
The views from the upper-level deck and living space are spectacular! The large, glass windows and slider doors allow for incredible views of the nearby ocean and pier and invite plenty of natural light in creating a bright and airy atmosphere under the cathedral ceiling. The living area includes all new furnishings and tasteful local décor, color changing fireplace, and a large smart TV. Step outside onto the covered deck to listen to the waves crash and watch the dolphins swim by or enjoy ocean view meals together at the large outdoor table. The upper-level kitchen is fully stocked and includes a large kitchen island with seating for four (with extra stools to accommodate up to six), wine cooler, and ocean views. The first Queen bedroom includes access to the new oceanside deck and shares a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The spacious master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean views and a smart TV.
The laundry room is located on the ground level and includes the washer and dryer, beach equipment, plus the utility sink. An iron and ironing board are also available and stored on the lower level for convenience. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after some fun in the sun and the propane grill in the back yard is ready for the day's fresh catch to go on or for the family cookout to begin.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four boogie boards, one adult, three 3 child bikes, a cooler, a stroller, and beach cart.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
