This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath Wrightsville Beach ocean view duplex is the ideal place for gathering family and friends together. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while relaxing on one of the two covered decks. The spacious open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space and offers access to a spacious covered deck with plenty of seating and ocean views.

An open floor plan on the top level includes the living room with flat screen TV, stereo system, and access to covered deck. Dining area offers seating for 6-7 and the updated kitchen offers seating for 4 more at the bar. One Queen bedroom, a full shared bathroom and a laundry closet complete this level.
The Middle level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite includes a king sized bed, private bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub, and access to a private deck-the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach! A second bedroom with a king sized bed and the third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed complete the second floor along with a shared full bathroom off the hallway.
Ground level includes garage with Ping Pong table, and plenty of space for beach equipment and amenities. Out back of the garage is a private, enclosed outdoor shower and fenced in yard. Parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size).
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
