DESCRIPTION

This beach house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of kill devil hills close to restaurants and shopping. It is less than a 5 minute ride to the beach and less than 4 miles to Avalon pier. This is a Friday to Friday rental. It is a 4 bedroom house with 2 king master both with private baths. Bedroom 3 is a queen bed with a shared bathroom with bedroom 4 which has bunkbeds with a full size bed on lower bunk and a twin on the top. one king master is on the top floor along with the kitchen and living room. The other 3 bedrooms are on the mid level along with the laundry room. There is a private salt water pool in the fenced back yard. Plenty of seating to relax on the 4 decks including a porch swing on the rear mid level and a large picnic table on the top deck to enjoy your meals outside. The backyard has a table and chairs to relax at when not in the pool. There is plenty of space in the family room and a ping pong table in the garage/game room.

Property Bedding: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Duo-Bunk

Top Level: Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for 4, dining area with seating for 4. Half bathroom. Living room with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, flat screen television and plush sofa. Deck access overlooking saltwater pool and picnic table with umbrella. Master suite with king bed, ceiling fan and private bathroom with double sink, Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Mid-Level: Main entrance to home. Master suite with king bed, ceiling fan, private deck access and private bath. Access to covered deck, with porch swing, overlooking private saltwater swimming pool. Bedroom with queen bed with Jack n' Jill bathroom shared with bedroom featuring a duo-bunk. Washer and dryer.

Ground-level- Recreation room with flat screen television, relaxing sofa, game table and access to game room (in garage) with ping pong table and to private pool.

Outside- Private saltwater pool (24 feet by 10 feet), patio with picnic table and umbrella and cornhole game. Private Pool open from 5/12-9/21/2023.
