This level provides the main entrance to the home along with 3 bedrooms and the laundry area.
The first bedroom provides a duo-bunk with trundle, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and connects to a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with a tub and shower.
Connecting to the Jack 'n Jill bathroom is a bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and direct deck access overlooking the private pool and hot tub.
