Island Hideaway is a very unique and cozy beach cottage that is tucked away beneath a lush grove of live oak trees in North Topsail Beach. Only steps to the beach access and the community kayak launch area, this lovely cottage will certainly be on your "return too" bucket list.
Island Hideaway features 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The master is equipped with a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen and bedroom 3 has a queen and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house is set up to sleep 8 comfortably.
You will enter the home through the large screened porch area. This porch is certainly a great hang-out spot with comfortable seating and extra dining space for 4. There are ceiling fans and party lights throughout the screened porch area. With the natural shade from the large live oaks, the porch is a comfortable and enjoyable spot for a hot summer day.

When you enter the home from the screened porch area you will enter directly into the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major appliance as well as small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a double door refrigerator with ice maker, a smooth top range/oven combination, a dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen has lots of cabinet and counter space for preparing those special family meals.The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is very spacious which accommodates 8 guests. For those that prefer to have their meals outside the screened porch has a large dining table with 4 chairs.
The living room is very spacious as well and is equipped with a large queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a chase lounge. There is a ceiling fan, large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, end tables and lamps and various wall art. This room has it own private AC with remote. This is a very nice place for the family to gather for quality time together.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, USB charging ports and its own private AC with remote. The master bathroom is equipped with a stall shower and a jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, USB charging ports and its own private AC with remote.
Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen bed with decorative surf board head board., ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, USB charging ports and its own private AC with remote.
Bathroom 2 is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms and is equipped with a tub/shower combination and vanity. There is lots of storage space in this bathroom.There is a large laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer as well as an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water. For your outdoor evening enjoyment, you will find in the back yard a nice firepit which is great for marsh mellows or smores.
Island Hideaway is such a great spot. It will remind you of Old Charleston or New Orleans and it will certainly provide you with everything needed for a great beach vacation that you will not soon forget.
Dogs only allowed with a $200.00 per pet non-refundable pet deposit.
Linens provided and beds will be made.
