PEACE OF THE SOUND is a custom-built brand new luxury home in 2022 with water views from every room in the home and a short walk to the beach access.
This lovely coastal home has it all!! Amazing views, short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that will accommodate 9 guests in this beautiful pet-friendly home. Perfect for families.
The reverse floor plan features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.The Master Suite has a king-sized sleigh bed with sound view and full luxury master bath that boasts a beautiful spa inspired glass shower. The second master bedroom has a queen bed with ocean view and bathroom with glass shower. The third and fourth bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. One has a full-sized bed with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean. The other has a full sized custom made day bed with twin trundle and view of the sound. Each bedroom has wall mounted smart TVs with spectrum cable app included, dressers, ample closet space and ceiling fans.
The fully stocked kitchen is wonderful with ample modern cabinetry, granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, electric flat top stove and oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The large center island with granite countertops offers seating for two.
The open living room and 8-person dining area features an extraordinary sound facing wall of windows to take in the breathtaking view of the intracoastal waterway. The living room has a comfy couch and oversized chairs to make you feel at home while gathering for family time; whethe rwatching movies on the 55-inch wall-mounted TV, sitting around the electric fireplace, playing games or socializing.
There are FOUR beautiful covered decks on the front and the rear of the home to sit and relax in rocking chairs or custom-made captain's chairs. Have your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean or catch the sizzling sunsets in the evening. Enjoy breakfast or an afternoon snack at the picnic table while taking in the outstanding panoramic sound view.

N. Topsail Island DreamWe loved our stay at Peace of the Sound. The sunsets are phenomenal. This was our first time staying on this end of island and we have fallen in love. Being able to walk to the inlet was an unexpected highlight. The house is well kept, nicely decorated and amazing shower pressure. Very comfortable beds. Shopping and dining are super close. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the covered deck and watching the sound life go by.

Simply AmazingWe went with another family and it was perfect. The accommodations were excellent, the veiw was gorgeous and the sunsets were amazing. Only a short walk to the beach and the funky little Tiki Bar is blast. We will definitely go back.

"Peace of the Sound" is the perfect name for this amazing place. Peaceful & quiet, with a short walk to the beach. Nice restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. The cutest little "Tiki Bar" & market a short walk away. So nice to enjoy the sunset looking out over the sound with a glass of wine & good company. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
