The dining area joins the living room and has a small table and 4 chairs. There are also two bar stools at the kitchen bar area.
The kitchen has been remodeled completely and has all stainless appliances. The refrigerator is equipped with a water and ice dispenser. There is a smooth top range/oven combination and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.
All new cabinetry with solid surface countertops and a subway tile backsplash. This is a very nice and modernized kitchen. Here you can enjoy preparing those family meals with an absolute unobstructed ocean view.
