This luxury beach home sits directly on the oceanfront in the exclusive community of Ocean Ridge Village in North Topsail Beach. It's equipped with a large oceanfront hot tub and it's only a few steps away from the beautiful community pool.

Ground Floor: The ground level has a large two bay garage suitable for 4 compact or 2 larger vehicles and parking for 2 additional vehicles in outside spaces. On this ground level you will find a well-equipped game room, an elevator that will swiftly transport the guest and supplies to the upper floor levels and a additional storage room that is equipped with an extra full size refrigerator as well as some various beach equipment.
The game room is equipped with a pool table, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, foosball table, pub table with 4 stools and its own AC unit.
First Floor: This first floor living area is equipped with 4 large bedrooms, 4 private baths, a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway on this level you will find direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find a large hot tub as well as plenty of seating for enjoying the great ocean views.
Bedroom 1 is located on the street side of this level (north facing), and is equipped with 2 pyramid bunks (2 doubles and 2 twins) and is equipped to sleep 6 in this bedroom. This room also has a ceiling fan, various lamps, night stand and dresser, a flat screen TV and a full bath with tub and shower combination.
Bedroom 2 is directly across the hall and is a south facing bedroom. It is equipped with 2 pyramid bunks (2 doubles and 2 twins) and is equipped to sleep 6 in this bedroom. This room also has a ceiling fan, various lamps, night stand and dresser, a flat screen TV and a full bath with tub and shower combination.
Bedroom 3 is located on the oceanfront side of the home (north facing) and is equipped with a king bed, various night stands, dressers, wall art, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. This bedroom has a private bath with glass walk-in shower. From this bedroom there is direct access out to the oceanfront deck through glass slider doors. This room has outstanding ocean views.
Bedroom 4 is located directly across the hallway on the oceanfront side of the home (south facing) and is equipped with a king bed, various night stands, dressers, wall art, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan.This bedroom has a private bath with a glass walk-in shower. From this bedroom there is direct access out to the oceanfront deck through glass slider doors.This room has outstanding ocean views.
Second Floor: This level is primarily dedicated to living, dining and entertainment. Here you will find walls of glass that showcase the mesmerizing views of the sparking Atlantic Ocean which is only steps away from the large oceanfront deck.
The living room is all open to join the kitchen and dining area which makes for great entertainment with large family gatherings. This room is equipped with a large sectional sofa, love seat, nice comfortable arm chairs, various end tables, coffee table, lamps, wall art, several ceiling fans and a large flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace (fireplace not for guest use). In a corner alcove you will find a nice wet bar that is equipped with a beverage fridge, abundant cabinets topped with a granite surrounded sink and a subway tile backsplash. The cabinets house plenty of beverage glasses of all sorts and sizes for your entertainment needs. The living room also provides direct access out through glass slider doors to the extra-large oceanfront deck where you will find plenty of comfortable seating with added pub tables that are suitable for extra dining areas.
The kitchen is also a showplace in this lovely home. Here you will find lots of room for several cooks at one time. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless fridge with water and ice dispenser, 2 full size dishwashers, smooth top range/oven combo and a built-in microwave. There are abundant cabinets all topped with beautiful granite and a subway tile backsplash. There is a center island with a prep sink and the main island has a standard double bowl sink with dishwashers on each side. To the left of the refrigerator, you will find a large pantry suitable for storing your weekly food supplies. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and a blender. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for your basic meal preparations. If you don't enjoy the cooking you will certainly enjoy those great views from the kitchen.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a large table with seating for 10 and 4 others will have room at the kitchen bar. For any overflow dining the outside deck is equipped with several nice pub tables and chairs. From this dining area, you will be amazed by the views from all directions as there are just walls of glass everywhere on this level.
Tucked away in a corner area of this level you will find bedroom 5 which is equipped with a queen bed, various lamps, night stands and dresser, wall art, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Third Floor: This level is dedicated to two luxury master suites which span from the oceanside of the home and completely through to the Intracoastal side of the home with extra seating areas for each.
Bedroom 6 is located on the north facing side of the home (top floor) and is equipped with a king bed, various lamps, night stands and dressers, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a nice seating area equipped with a sleeper sofa and a storage wardrobe. This room is also equipped with a nice baby crib which is convenient for the young mother on the trip. The room also has direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying those great ocean views. This suite has a very nice glamour bath and it is located on the Intracoastal side of this master suite. It is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and a double vanity. Here you can enjoy a relaxing bath while watching the boats as they travel down the Intracoastal Waterway.
Bedroom 7 is located on the south facing side of the home (top floor) and is equipped with a king bed, various lamps, night stands and dressers, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a nice seating area with a sleeper sofa and a storage wardrobe. This room has direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying the wonderful ocean views. This suite has a very nice glamour bath and it is located on the Intracoastal side of this master suite. It is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and a double vanity. Here you can also enjoy a relaxing bath while watching the boats as they travel down the Intracoastal Waterway.
For your outdoor convenience there is a large outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water which is great for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.
Hot Tub will be available year-round with an $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.
The Community Pool is just a few houses down and only a very short walk from the home.
