This lovely oceanfront home is the perfect getaway for large families that enjoy the privacy that Topsail Island offers. With the ocean-to-sound-views you will be able to experience the magnificent sunrises in the early morning and the burning sunsets in the early evening. The home offers 7 large bedrooms with a private bath for each bedroom. The home has 5 kings, 1 queen, 2 full bunk bed sets (sleeps 8) and a queen sleeper sofa all designed to sleep 22 comfortably. Multiple decks allow for numerous vantage points to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of water almost everywhere. There is ample parking for 5 medium size cars and a convenient Bad Weather Entry on the garage level, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The beach access is connected to the first living level that leads you right down to the white sandy beach of Topsail Island. The first floor living level has four large bedrooms; each one has a HD flat screen TV and its own private full bath. This level also houses a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This laundry room provides direct access out to the first level oceanfront deck where you will find a newly installed Hot Tub. Bedroom 1 is located on the first level (south facing) street side of the home. It is equipped with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, various lamps, night stands, dresser and wall art and it has its own private bath with tub and shower combination. Bedroom 2 is located on the first level (north facing) street side of the home. It is equipped with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds (sleeps 8), dresser, TV/DVD and a full bath with tub and shower combination. This room is set up to sleep 8 comfortably and is a great place for the kids to hang out and enjoy their movies or videos. Bedroom 3 is located on the first level (north facing) oceanside of the home. It is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, various lamps, dresser, night stands and wall art as well as a private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom also has direct access out through the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom 4 is located on the first level (south facing) oceanside of the home. It is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, various lamps, dresser, night stands and wall art as well as a full bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom also has direct access out through the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront deck. As you move up to the second floor living level you will find a very large and open floor plan with walls of windows that showcase the amazing views of both the ocean and the sound. This is the main living level with kitchen, dining, living room, half bath and a large master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, smooth surface range/oven combination and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender, all showcased on beautiful granite countertops. The dining area is equipped with a table that has ample seating for 8, the kitchen bar area has additional seating for 6. The living room has two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) as well as comfortable chairs, lamps, and end tables all provided for your comfort and relaxation while spending time with family and friends. There is a large flat screen HD TV with DVD player. For those of you that still have to work while on vacation, WiFi is provided throughout the home. For your added convenience there is a half bath adjacent to this living area as well as a sound side deck. The living area as well as the dining area allows for direct access out to the large oceanfront deck where you will find more comfortable seating for enjoying those mesmerizing ocean views. Adjacent to the living area (south facing) oceanfront side of the home you will find a wonderful master bedroom (bedroom 5) with a large private bath with glass shower, jacuzzi tub and double vanities. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, flat screen TV, various lamps, night stands and dresser, ceiling fan and wall art. This bedroom provides direct access through sliding glass doors out to the oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable seating while enjoying those cool ocean breezes. As you move up to the third floor living level you will find two more large master bedrooms, both designed for complete privacy. Bedroom 6 is located on the third level (north facing) oceanside and is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, wall art, chaise lounge and a private bath with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. This bedroom also provides direct out to an oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable captain's chairs all designed for enjoying those beautiful ocean views. These views are the most incredible panoramic views that Topsail Island has to offer. Bedroom 7 is located on the third level (south facing) oceanside and is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, wall art, chaise lounge and a private bath with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. This bedroom also provides direct access out to an oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable captains chairs all designed for enjoying those beautiful ocean views. This home is event friendly (weddings ETC) There will be a $1300.00 non refundable event fee along with a $250.00 cleaning fee. There will be a $1000.00 refundable security deposit. The security waiver will not apply for weddings and events.
Any and all events must be approved in writing as well as coordinated with the rental agency. The event fee, security deposit and cleaning fee must be paid in full at time of reservation.
