Shipwatch Villas 1118 is an oceanfront condo unit located in North Topsail Beach. This unit has a very spacious floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Shipwatch Villas has something for everyone, whether you want to relax on the beach, enjoy the large oceanfront pool or simply have a family cook-out, you can enjoy all that is offered in this great oceanfront community.
As you enter the unit you first step into the dining area with adjoining kitchen to the right. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small appliances include a coffee pot, blender, toaster and a toaster oven. The dining area will accommodate 6 at the dining table and another 2 at the kitchen bar area.
The living room is very spacious with beachy colors and views of the pool. This room provides direct access out to the oceanside balcony where you can enjoy those early morning sunrises as it peeks over the horizon. The balcony is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for the family to enjoy the great views and coastal breezes. There is also a dining table for those that may enjoy their meals outdoors.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD and WiFi is provided throughout the unit. There is a queen sleeper sofa provided to accommodate those extra guests as well as plenty of comfortable seating.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit as well and provides direct access out to the oceanside balcony. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and ceiling fan. The master is also equipped with a private full size bath with walk-in shower.
Down the hallway, well separated from the Master you will find the second bedroom which is equipped with a queen bed and a twin bed which will accommodate 3 guests in this room alone. Also in this room you there is a TV and ceiling fan. Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway, you will find a large full bath (second bath) with a tub and shower combination.
Down the hallway and between the two bedrooms you will find a laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

This unit offers many great amenities, including parking, outdoor grilling area, elevator, washer and dryer, TV's, DVD, WiFi, covered oceanside balcony, a large oceanfront swimming pool and easy direct access boardwalk across the sand dune and right down to the white sandy beach.
PLEASE NOTE: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
