Beach Breeze 4 is located within a 4 unit direct oceanfront quadplex style townhome community. This oceanfront complex is loaded with amenities, such as: heated oceanfront pool, 4 elevated oceanfront hot tubs, covered oceanfront gazebo, 2 walkways across dune and out to beach, outdoor showers, private elevator for each unit, electric fireplaces, TV's, WiFi, Park style outdoor grills, a total of 5 balconies per unit with 3 being direct oceanfront, bad weather entry with limited parking underneath.

Beach Breeze 4 is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath direct oceanfront unit with outstanding views of the ocean and the amenity area. Have the peace of mind of being able to watch your kids from your oceanfront balcony while they are enjoying the oceanfront pool and hot tubs.

You will enter the unit through the carport area either by way of the bad weather entry staircase or the elevator. The elevator will transport you from the ground level to all levels of the unit. This is a great feature when bringing in your weekly supply of groceries as well as your luggage.

As you enter the unit, the first level will feature 2 bedrooms, a large full bath with a tub and shower combination and a walk-in laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, elevator and stairwell access.

The sound side bedroom (bedroom # 3) has a set of twin bunks and a full size bed. This room will accommodate 4 guests and will be a great location for the kids to hang out and watch movies on the wall mounted flat screen TV. This room is equipped with a large walk in closet and ceiling fan. From this room there is direct access out to the sound side balcony. 

As you travel down the hallway from bedroom # 3 you will first come to the walk-in laundry room. The next door down the hallway will be a large full bath that will accommodate the two bedrooms on this level.

The 2nd bedroom on this level is facing direct oceanfront. It provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony through glass slider doors which showcase those outstanding ocean views. This bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen TV and closet.

As you move up to the next living level (level 2) you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath. This is where the views really become captivating. The living room is on the ocean side of this level and provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony through glass slider doors. There is plenty of comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate those extra guests. The living room is equipped with a cozy 54 inch electric fireplace, ceiling fan, coffee table, end table, comfortable chairs, sleeper sofa and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The views from this room are simply outstanding.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations along with all required major and small appliances. All major kitchen appliances are stainless steel which include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven combination. The refrigerator includes a water and ice dispenser. The small appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, hand mixer and blender. There are quartz countertops and spacious custom cabinetry. There is ample dining space for 10 guests, as the kitchen island seats four and the dining room table seats six. For your convenience, there is a half bath adjacent to the kitchen to accommodate this 2nd level. From the kitchen there is direct access out to the sound side balcony which will provide some nice views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Sound area.

As you move on up to the 3rd level you will be greeted by a very spacious master suite. You can be swiftly transported directly into the master suite by elevator, or you may take the stairs. The master suite is equipped with a King bed, a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen TV, private balcony, a large master bath with double vanities, a tiled walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The master provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will feel you are on top of the world as you experience those expansive direct oceanfront views. When it comes to views, it doesn't get much better than this!

THIS PROPERTY IS WEDDING AND EVENT FRIENDLY. ALL 4 UNITS â€" BEACH BREEZE 1 THROUGH 4 MUST BE RENTED ALL TOGETHER AS A PACKAGE. THERE WILL BE A (ONE TIME) $1500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE EVENT FEE ALONG WITH A $200.00 PER UNIT CLEANING FEE. THERE WILL BE A $750.00 PER UNIT REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER WILL NOT APPLY FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS. ALL EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED IN WRITING AS WELL AS COORDINATED WITH THE RENTAL AGENCY. THE EVENT FEE, SECURITY DEPOSITS AND CLEANING FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
