The complex has an oceanfront complex pool and shared walkway to the beach. The condominium is ideally situated within walking distance to the center of town; the fishing pier, coffee shops, restaurants, and family-friendy amusements.
The master bedroom is oceanfront with a King bed and a Double bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom is street side with two Double beds and private bathroom.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Second floor. Accommodates 8. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat guests.
Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024. Nightly rentals will be considered at the last minute, if available 8/10/2024-8/31/2024 at a 3-night minimum.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
