This third row home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a coziness perfect for a family up to 10. JUST A 2 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), DVD player, phone, wireless internet, a covered porch on the street side, a sun deck on the back, and a Carolina room for quiet retreat. It's located at the corner of Concord Street with direct beach access a very short walk away. One of the bathrooms is ground level convenient for use straight from the beach.
There are two bedrooms on one side of the house, one with two Double beds and one King bed connected by a full bathroom in between. There are two more bedrooms on the other side of the house, each with a Queen bed connected by a full bathroom in between. The third bathroom is ground level with a shower.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. No pets. Accommodates 10.

Rentals are weekly only all year.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
