This new oceanfront spacious home offers 6 bedrooms (K & S, K, 1 Q&S, 1Q&Bunks, 1Q&1S, 1Q&1S) and 6.5 baths. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, 6 TVs, wireless internet, elevator, ceiling fans, multiple large covered porches, ground level bar, and a brand new walkway to the beach with gazebo.
On the first floor are two bedrooms each with one Queen bed and one Single bed and private bathroom. There is also a half bath on this floor. On the second floor are two oceanfront King master bedrooms with attached master bathrooms, one with a Single bed also. Bedroom 5 is on this floor with a Queen bed and a Single bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 6 is on this floor with one Queen bed and one set of Bunk beds and private bath. The laundry is on this floor along with a coffee station. Each bedroom has a door to access to a covered porch.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 18.
Rentals are weekly only all year.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.
Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
