This two bedroom condo offers ocean views at an excellent value. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 3 TVs for streaming, wireless internet, and complex pool. Guests have use of fun beach items as well, including a few chairs, bags, beach blankets, and games. Public beach accesses are within walking distance.

The master bedroom has one King bed and private bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds and one Single bed. There is a full bathroom in the hall with a tub.

Rate includes departure cleaning and bed linens (NOTE: Towels not included). No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 6.

Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/23/2024.
3-night minimum 8/26/2023-5/31/2024 and 8/24/2024-12/31/2024.  

Towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows, bed covers, and bed linens are provided. Guests make beds.  No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
