This newly renovated house on a concrete canal offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a backyard with grill, and a boat dock with quick, easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway. You'll enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 6 TVs, wireless internet, screened porch on the canal side, a large porch on the streetside, and outdoor shower.
On the main floor of the house there are four bedrooms, two on each side of the house. On the left there is a bedroom with two Queen beds and a canal side bedroom with one Queen bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom in between with a tub. The canal side bedroom has a sliding door out to the screened porch. On the right side of the house there is a bedroom with a King bed and a canal side bedroom with a Queen bed. The Queen bedroom has access to the hall bathroom on the right side of the house that has a shower. It also has a sliding door out to the screened porch. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa. Upstairs there is a street side bedroom with a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
