This cute mid-island home is the first house on Driftwood Street and it's just steps away from the ramped beach access across from Driftwood St.

This is a mid-century home with modern upgrades that didn't take away its charm. With large decks on the front and back, and picnic table and seating outside on the ground level, you're able to enjoy the outside just as much as inside. In the home is a living area with large TV, Queen sleeper sofa, and handy coffee station, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus room at the back of the house.  

The first bathroom is off of the living room, separated by a barn door. The first bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a Queen bed, TV, and access to the bonus room. The second bedroom is off the hall from the living room and is separated with a barn door. It has a Queen bed and TV. Across the hall is the second bathroom. From the hall you can access the bonus room which has a Queen sleeper sofa, TV, large table with chairs, and a Twin   daybed.   

Rate includes departure cleaning. No Smoking. Accommodates 8.

Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024.
This property is not available during the off season.

Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not included. The property has bed covers and pillows. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.  

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
