Enjoy features such as central heat & air, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, TV, DVD player, wireless internet, and a balcony. Located on the ocean offering ocean views. The complex includes a pool. Beach access conveniently located at Charlotte St and Shallotte Blvd.
The master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Double beds. There is also a hallway bathroom.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 6.
Rentals are weekly only 6/3/2023-8/25/2023.
Nightly rentals 8/19/2023-8/25/2023 are only considered at the last minute, if available, at a 3-night minimum.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
